The incredibly popular 3T Ergonova Team handlebaris available in Stealth graphics; a two-tone black to match many newer frameset finishes. The Ergonova Team is a best selling compact carbon handlebar thanks to its egg-shaped top section and relatively shallow 77mm reach and 123mm drop. 3T worked closely with both pro and club riders to create a bar that provides all-day comfort as well as performance. The egg shape top section reduces pressure on the hands and creates a very natural transition to the hoods. Beyond that, the shape just feels right. It is extremely comfortable and a natural fit to your hands. It is also important to note that the shaping here terminates well before the stem clamp area, so you can install most clip-on aero bars without issue.

The transition of the top of the radius works well for setting up all current shifter designs. You can easily get a nice flat transition out to the shifter extension. This helps maintain a healthier wrist angle. The constant thickness UD carbon construction is super stiff and durable. A gloss coating and crisp graphics add a distinctive flair. A sandpaper like texture applied to the fixing areas of the stem and brake/shifters. This feature pretty much guarantees no slippage when everything is installed properly, but 3T still recommends the use of friction paste for ultimate safety. The UD carbon matte finish is offset with a simple, white outlined 3T logo, and a gloss graphic that adds a subtle effect to the bar that works beautifully with matte or gloss frames and components

It's important to note that the bars are measured center to center at the ends of the drop. Each end flares out by 6° less than one centimeter each. This effectively means that the bars are 16mm narrower at the hoods. For example, the size 44cm measures 440mm c-c at the drop ends, while the c-c measurement at the hoods is actually 424mm. The Ergonova is available in 38cm-44cm widths and offered in 31.8mm bar clamp diameter only.
