Chorus level components have always been Campagnolo's baseline for high performance. A perfectly functioning and field-ready product, that looks and feels similar to Record, at a lower price point. These Chorus dual pivot calipers provide excellent modulation and stopping power. Both brake arms are straightened to improve both modulation and stopping power. Added weight reduction is achieved through the Skeleton design, which removes non-essential material from inside of the arms. Beyond weight savings, this improves torsional rigidity. The included Record brake pads receive an a carbon-based compound for better grip in both wet and dry conditions. The carbon mixture improves stopping distances and increases wear life. The brake shoe has a spring retention system makes brake pad installation and removal a snap.
