The Cipressa 2.0 women's short represents Capo's best effort in producing a high-end women's specific short. They pull out all the stops, using the best fabrics and materials to offer a ride ready style piece that is so well designed for women's anatomy that it sets the bench mark for high-quality cycling couture. It offers a nice compression but not too much as to cause binding and discomfort. The yoga-inspired 'Crossover' waist band features a wide, low v-style waist with a taller back. Taller back is always preferred to make sure no exposed skin between the jersey and short will show.

Lifting technology from the men's Padrone bibs, the Cipressa shorts are constructed from is a combination of HG(High Gauge) Lycra with Coldback technology and the unique Carbon Lycra. The blending of these two fabrics in 10 individual panels offer most supportive and well fitting performance orientated bibs we have been able to offer to our customers. The HG Lycra encompasses the front, inside and middle-back panels. It has muscle compression capacity along with excellent abrasion resistance and moisture transfer. Coldback is a proprietary finishing that is added to HG Lycra by Capo to reduce heat buildup. The Carbon Lycra is super high gauge with visible carbon threads. It resides on the side panels and excels in moisture transfer, has anti-bacterial properties and UV protection. Another thing to not with the side panels is the anatomical cut. They are patterned to curve and contour the body while in a cycling motion. The combo of these two materials provide a bib that has a tailored fit with no bunching or gaps in the material.

The chamois featured in the Cipressa is the Women's Giro HD Carbon EIT Insert. Elastic one-piece construction with varying densities (High 12mm, Medium 8mm and Low 3mm), anti-microbial micro-fiber composed of silver ion threads and women's specific, anatomical thermo shaping for greater comfort and freedom of movement. Interesting to note, the footprint of the chamois is a whopping 30-40% smaller than the equivalent man's chamois. The pad placement is positioned for sit point of a women's body. A women's chamois in a women's short. Sounds like basic logic, but you would be surprised how many companies miss the boat when designing Women's clothing.
