The folks at Continental bill these size 700c rim strips as Easy Tape. So true, as it's easy to install and easy to use. There is no adhesive backing; no cutting and measuring. Simply unravel the tape from the packaging and snap it into place on the rim.

The 18mm width covers the valve holes and the material is extremely cut and pressure resistant. The strips are not too thick, so installing tires is far easier then when using thicker style cloth tape. Sold in pairs, so one package will be enough for two 700c rims.
