The Kuat Swing Away Extension is fitted to your 2" car hitch on one side, while the other side attaches to your 2" and bike rack. The Swing Away Extension then unfurls moving the bikes and rack out of the way, giving you space to completely open up your tail gate or hatch for total access. The burly welded steel construction holds up to 250lbs when fully extended.
