Running Mavic's Exalith2 brake track on the the CXR series wheels requires the use of these CXR specific brake pads. Designed for optimal wet or dry braking on the CXR's Exalith2 brake track, the lower profile pads accommodate the 25mm wide rim structure, which is a tight fit in many standard road brake calipers.

These pads fit the Shimano/SRAM pad carrier standard, are sold as a pair (for one wheel), and include new fastening bolts. These are the only pads Mavic recommends for the CXR wheels, as standard Exalith pads will not work
