Description

The Michelin Pro4 Comp is one of Michelin's fastest tires lying just below the Pro4 Comp Limited Edition and above the Pro4 Service Course. It features a new 150 TPI casing designed to maximize rolling efficiency with rolling resistance an average of seven percent better over the Pro4 Service Course. The casing is 30 percent lighter which helps to reduce the overall weight by 10 percent compared with that of the Pro3 Race. So the weight is just 180 grams and its rolling resistance is consequently extremely low at 3kg/t.
In addition to this unprecedented level of rolling efficiency, the Michelin Pro4 Comp delivers exceptional grip in the wet (cornering speed in the wet up 16 percent), while its agility and durability are also of a very high standard. This incredible grip and handling makes Michelin a world leader in premium tires whether it is for bicycles, cars or in Moto GP.
Perhaps better than any other tire maker, Michelin tires hit the sweet spot of having just the right amount of suppleness without being too squishy. This had always made Michelin tires a force to be reckoned with in corners. In fact, a well-publicized road bike downhill competition in Tuna Canyon was won on Michelin clinchers. Now you can add extra speed to amazing cornering thanks to industry leading low rolling resistance and a very light 180 gram tire weight.
