Here's how it works. You mount the F-15 to your handlebars. This creates two arms that have a forward facing outreach. Take an Ostrich F-516 bag and insert the F-15 arms into the sleeves sewn into the sides of the bag. Secure the bag with provided straps and your off. There are two requirements to make this work; you need 70mm of space around the stem for the F-15 to acheive proper clamp purchase, and your handlebars need to be 25.4mm or 26.0mm in diameter.
