The lightweight frame is made of stress-resistant O Matter® with Unobtanium® stem sleeves and nose pads that actually increase grip when you sweat. The three-Point Fit optimizes comfort while keeping the lenses in precise optical alignment.

Oakley lenses have exceptional clarity and contain features not found in other lenses. Hydrophobic HDO® lenses make lenses much easier to clean versus other lenses. Also, the anti-static coating won't attract dirt like regular lenses. High Definition Optics® (HDO) take advantage of patented innovations, like XYZ Optics® for unbeatable clarity at all angles of vision--even at the sides of lens contours that open peripheral view and optimize protection against sun, wind and side impact.

These Radarlock lenses are polarized for supreme vision. Most folks aren't 100% clear on why they should spend the extra cash on polarized lenses, we'll explain what polarization is and its benefits. Standard tinted eyewear reduces brightness, while eyewear with polarization treatment reduces brightness and reduces glare. Glare is caused by sunlight that bounces off horizontal surfaces such as water, land or any reflective material and is then reflected back to you in a horizontal direction. The chemical polarization filter on the lens contains molecules that are aligned horizontally to absorb horizontal light waves and reduce or eliminate glare. Non-polarized lenses will not handle reflected horizontal rays and that's how you end up with annoying glare.
