While Park Tool is known for some pretty specific tools, the SGI-7 Handlebar Saw Guide Insert for the SG-7.2 Saw Guide that enables you to cut the proper handlebar angle for WTB's PadLoc grips may be the most specific we have seen.
The composite insert has a single preset angle. You install the SGI-7 onto the bar in the proper location, then slide the SG-7.2 Saw Guide over the top and place it in a vise to control the whole assembly and make your hacksaw cut. Now you make your angled cut for the perfect fit of the PadLoc grip system. All we can say is that if you need it, you NEED it. Otherwise you will never get the perfect cut you need otherwise. The SGI-7 insert works with both alloy and carbon handlebars.
