Pinarello's disc brake, thru-axle framesets have replaceable parts for the rear dropouts. Both sides have specific inner and outer pieces, and each of these are individually replaceable. Obviously, the right side is the driveside, so the integrated rear derailleur hanger assembly. The Right Inner is the piece with the hanger.
