The XTR M06 metallic compound pads came stock on the M960 XTR disc calipers but can be used as an upgrade for other, compatible Shimano brakes. The metal pads do not ride as 'soft' nor do they modulate as well as the resin pads from Shimano. What they do offer is pure stopping power, especially in wet conditions and superb longevity. They are virtually fade resistant and gravity riders or people who ride in wet conditions seem to prefer the Metal pads.

The M06 are sold in pairs and are compatible with the following Shimano brakes - M966/65, M765, M800, M600, M585. Return to Top
