The Sidi Genius 6.6 Vent Carbon road shoe is the ultimate evolution of the Sidi's ever-popular Genius series road shoes. Beautifully finished Vernice upper with a full carbon sole and Sidi's Caliper buckle with 2 Velcro strap closure makes the Genius 6.6 Vent Carbon a winner by anyone's standards.

The Genius 6.6 upper is constructed of Sidi's proprietary Tecnomicro fabric that has the brilliant Vernice finish. This synthetic upper is thin, breathable, extremely stretch resistant and durable. Venting is accomplished with mesh inserts. A low profile caliper buckle and two Velcro provide precise closure. The durable Sidi Caliper buckle has a two-way ratchet for easy on-bike adjustment with incremental tightening and loosening. The adjustable Soft Instep Closure System and padded tongue eliminate pressure points.

As you may have deduced from the name, the Genius 6.6 Vent Carbon uses Sidi's Vent Carbon sole. The hand-laid sole is the stiffest and lightest carbon sole to date. And even thought it is stiff, Sidi still provides some engineered flex in the front of the sole located directly under the metatarsal region to provide comfort and relief without diminishing performance. The sole has integrated vents and air channels for improved comfort through heat regulation. The front of the sole has a replaceable walking pad that can be moved and adjusted to open or close the vent for more or less air flow inside of the shoe. A replaceable heel pad extends longevity of this beautiful carbon sole.
