The Sidi Reinforcement Plates helps prevent damage and harm to your shoe soles when come in direct contact with the retention bars of Crank Bros and Time ATAC pedals. If you are using one of these fine pedal designs, we highly recommend using these plates. They are simple to install and will save your expensive shoes from unnecessary wear and tear. These plates are not required for Shimano SPD pedals and SPD-style pedals.
