From a structural perspective, the engineering team embarked on an endeavor to achieve maximal velocity through uncompromisingly efficient power transmission and precise maneuverability. This aspiration led to the establishment of novel benchmarks in torsional rigidity and bottom bracket stiffness. The approach involved the integration of a structurally superior double diamond frame layout, housing the shock within the top tube, culminating in the most sophisticated composite layup in the annals of Specialized's history.
