Description
For 2023, SRAM released the updated Force AXS road, D2 series crankset, featuring a simple, minimized, but sharp pearlescent-type graphic on gloss carbon with dark silver-grey accent. The DUB spindle crank arms feature only this change, but in the complete crankset is available in the road double chainring combinations as the SRAM Red-style machined one-piece design that is stiffer, lighter, and allows for a faster, more precise shift from ring to ring with the updated Force AXS front derailleur.
The DUB 28.99mm crank arm spindle is the most universal design made, offering simplicity. Just choose the bottom bracket required for your road bike, install- and go. The single-piece integrated chainring component mounts directly to the arm, and because it is fully machined, the unit is incredibly stiff, and features 13th rings size differences to work with SRAM's 10T road cassette options to deliver up to a 360% range with a 10-36T cassette. The system features a left arm, with the DUB spindle attached and a bearing pre-load adjustment device. The single-piece ring is mounted to the driveside crank arm, and once installed, the driveside unit is attached to the DUB spindle via an exterior, center bolt that pulls the assembly together.
