The narrower SRAM PC-1170 11-speed chain is a match to the Force 22 group and features more heavily chamfered outer plates for improved shifting and quieter running. The chrome hardened pin construction provides longer chain life.

Compatibility of the PC-1170 chain is for SRAM Red 22 & Force 22 Front & rear derailleurs, cranksets and cassettes. SRAM uses its familiar Power Link for easy chain installs where there is no worry to get a pin in perfectly straight and at the right depth - something even experienced mechanics can struggle with. Basically just put the Power Link in place with your hands and pull it into position with a little drivetrain tension.
