The Wasp from Tifosi's Interchange collection isn't dangerous or annoying, but it is lightweight. At just 22 grams, this attractive design was designed for sport use, but could easily be worn every day in casual use as well. The open bottom, dual lens design is clean looking and offers great eye protection and coverage with semi-compact shape. Tifosi recommends the Wasp for Small and Medium facial structures, which suits the design and overall shape. Each lens is 68mm wide and 40mm tall, with a narrow 10mm nose bridge gap.

Tifosi uses polycarbonate lenses because the strong material is shatterproof and scratch resistant, all features crucial to a lens that essentially carries the "frame". The lens blocks 100% of UVA and UVB rays and maintains optical clarity from Tifosi's decentering process. The arms and lens mounts are made from a durable nylon, Grilamid TR-90, which has an extremely high bending strength and exceptional resistance to chemical and UV damage and Tifosi's standard hydrophilic rubber ear and nose pieces deliver a no-slip fit.

Although the Wasp is considered interchangeable, some frame options come with multiple lenses, while others include only a single specialty lens, such as the UV activated Fototec changing model. All include a soft case and cleaning/storage bag. Tifosi is known for great value in quality sport eyewear and the Wasp is no different.
